Semipower has a CNAS certified power device test & application center, where the test technology & equipment are in the leading position in China. Other than for internal test & quality control purposes, the lab also provides third party test services. 

In 2018, Semipower invested to establish the New Energy Vehicle Propulsion Control Research Center & Xi’an Wide Band Gap Semiconductor Application Center. The former specializes in R&D, application & sales of new energy vehicle drives, on-board charging & power, battery protection & management systems & solutions. The latter provides application solution for wide band gap semiconductor.

Combining the 2 above-mentioned establishments & Semipower automotive grade power semiconductor design capability, we will aggressively conduct research & study in application and reliability improvement on domestic automotive grade power semiconductor.This is to achieve new break through in future technology and new technology product realization in new energy vehicle power control system.
